In the simplicity of a bird’s song or the contemplation of the nearness and loveliness of God’s creatures, we can find our way back to what is true and holy in this life.  A child’s wonder and fascination with the little things we take for granted can reset our complicated lives back to the richness and beauty we were designed to enjoy and thrive in.  Let us never grow forgetful or heedless of the blessings that continually surround us!
